Be sober – keep a clear and focused mind.
Be respectful and radiate good vibes – make it a welcoming space.
Do your research – know your topic and audience.
Come prepared – have notes, questions, and a backup plan.
Speak your mind – be honest, but stay constructive.
Engage with the audience – acknowledge comments and questions.
Test your internet and audio beforehand – avoid last-minute tech issues.

Use headphones if possible – reduce echo and background noise.
Mute yourself when not speaking – keeps audio clean.

Do not argue just to argue – healthy debate is welcome, but unnecessary conflict isn’t.
Do not disclose private or sensitive information.
Do not neglect your energy levels – low energy can ruin the vibe.
Do not overuse filler words (“um,” “like,” “you know”) – speak clearly and confidently.
Do not rely too much on reading notes – speak naturally to stay engaging.
