Role Overview

As a Wellness Coach, you will work with clients to improve their overall health and wellness. This part-time role involves providing one-on-one coaching sessions focused on helping clients develop healthy habits, manage stress, and achieve their wellness goals.

At Dancing Dragons, we handle all client acquisition, sourcing, and lead management on your behalf. You don't need to worry about finding clients, marketing your services, or managing leads—we do all of that for you. Our platform takes care of client acquisition, lead qualification, and administrative tasks so you can focus entirely on what you do best: coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one wellness coaching sessions to clients
• Help clients develop healthy habits and lifestyle changes
• Support clients in managing stress and improving overall wellness
• Create personalized wellness plans tailored to each client needs
• Track client progress and adjust coaching approaches as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Certified wellness coach or health coach credentials
• Experience coaching clients on health and wellness
• Strong understanding of wellness principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
