Role Overview

As a Remote Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and coaches to our platform. This part-time role involves conducting intake interviews, gathering necessary information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews with new clients and coaches
• Gather and verify necessary information and documentation
• Guide new members through the platform onboarding process
• Answer questions and provide support during the intake process
