Role Overview

As a Licensed Life Coach, you will provide professional life coaching services to clients through our platform. This part-time role involves conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, helping clients set and achieve goals, and supporting them through personal development journeys.

At Dancing Dragons, we handle all client acquisition, sourcing, and lead management on your behalf. You don't need to worry about finding clients, marketing your services, or managing leads—we do all of that for you. Our platform takes care of client acquisition, lead qualification, and administrative tasks so you can focus entirely on what you do best: coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one life coaching sessions to clients
• Help clients identify and achieve their personal and professional goals
• Support clients through challenges and personal development journeys
• Create personalized coaching plans tailored to each client needs
• Track client progress and adjust coaching approaches as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Valid life coaching license or certification
• Experience providing life coaching services
• Strong understanding of coaching methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
