Role Overview

As a Leadership and Executive Coach, you will work with clients to develop their leadership skills, executive presence, and strategic thinking capabilities. This full-time role offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients careers while being part of an innovative platform in the personal development space.

At Dancing Dragons, we handle all client acquisition, sourcing, and lead management on your behalf. You don't need to worry about finding clients, marketing your services, or managing leads—we do all of that for you. Our platform takes care of client acquisition, lead qualification, and administrative tasks so you can focus entirely on what you do best: coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions focused on leadership development
• Help clients build executive presence and communication skills
• Support clients in developing strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Guide clients through career transitions and leadership challenges
• Create personalized development plans tailored to each client needs
• Track client progress and adjust coaching approaches as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Certified life coach or executive coach credentials
• Experience coaching executives and leaders
• Strong understanding of leadership development frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
