Role Description
This is a remote role for a Fractional Head of People (HR). The Head of People will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and manage employee relations. The role includes leading HR strategy, managing recruitment and retention efforts, supporting the hiring process, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the organization’s values and goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR management
- Strong understanding of labor and employment laws and best practices
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Proficiency in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field is preferred
- Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is a plus
