We are actively expanding our talent pool in executive and leadership coaching areas. While we have a strong network of 300+ coaches, we are seeking additional experienced executive and leadership coaches to round out our capabilities in these specialized areas.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Coach or Leadership Coach. The coach will be responsible for providing leadership development and coaching, mentoring individuals and teams, consulting on leadership strategies, and delivering training sessions. The coach will drive personal and professional growth through tailored coaching methodologies.

At Dancing Dragons, we handle all client acquisition, sourcing, and lead management on your behalf. You don't need to worry about finding clients, marketing your services, or managing leads—we do all of that for you. Our platform takes care of client acquisition, lead qualification, and administrative tasks so you can focus entirely on what you do best: coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one executive and leadership coaching sessions
Mentor individuals and teams to develop leadership capabilities
Consult on leadership strategies and organizational development
Deliver training sessions and workshops on leadership topics
Create personalized development plans for clients
Track client progress and adjust coaching approaches as needed

Qualifications

Required

Proven experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or both
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Experience consulting on leadership strategies
Experience facilitating training sessions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proven track record in leadership coaching and development

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, etc.)
Professional coaching certification (ICF, IAC, or equivalent)
Experience working with C-suite executives or senior leaders
