Preparing something amazing for you!
Hi! I'm Coach Vincent. I’m a servant leader and connector, an empathetic listener, and trusted executive and life coach. I enjoy making people be seen and heard in a relaxed and safe space to empower them to become motivated as they explore the changes they discover and make to transform their lives in meaningful and fulfilling ways.
I pivoted my own life and career to focus full time on serving and supporting people as a coach because I get genuine satisfaction helping a person discover personal insights and achieving transformational happiness and personal development in their lives and careers. When I see someone struggling and frustrated, I have a strong desire to help them.
My life has been one where I have always juggled a few passionate endeavors: many irons in the fire, as the saying goes. I have held senior leadership and team roles in global management consulting, corporate America's global financial services organizations, and NYC's municipal government, focusing on business resilience and technology risk with an emphasis on empowering people and upliting the human aspects of organizational cultures. While pursuing those career endeavors, I also engaged in other entrepreneurial pursuits that I am still involved with. I have lived the side hustle life and understand the power of tapping into the unique passions, talents and interests that one is blessed with. In addition to my coaching clients, I am also:
*A classical music and film score music radio DJ with 25+ on-air years in the #1 broadcasting market of NYC (currently with SiriusXM Channel 78: Symphony Hall; previously on-air at WQXR-FM, WNYC-FM, Sony Classic FM). I relate music to people and life, and tell stories to engage my listeners, while not taking myself too seriously. *I run my own voiceover acting business from my home recording studio: (i.e., audiobooks, commercials, explainer/marketing videos, eLearning, animation, audio dramas). *I've narrated and produced close to 70 (so far) fiction and non-fiction audiobooks, 12 of them for coach-authors. *I am a referral partner helping to connect people to discounted essential services provided by top-rated companies (healthcare, internet, mobile, home security, ID protection, etc.)
The common thread through all these is to help people find solutions to things that concern them. I listen to them. I tailor curious questions, and tell stories to engage, challenge, and inform. My commitment to you as my client is to offer personal development and transformation with kindness, respect, trust, safety, positivity and some humor.
Let's partner and work together - and explore who you are and what you're capable of.
The core of coaching is human development via a trusted partnership bounded by curiosity, exploration, respect, trust, safety, and care. It's an authentic heart-to-heart experience between the coach and the client. I believe in supporting my client’s willingness to grow, and to be courageous to embrace new challenges and possibilities. I am a firm believer in the power of changing one’s thoughts to elicit true changes in perspective and capabilities. Executive and life coaching touches all aspects of a person's mindset: health, work, career, spirituality, relationships, creativity.
I’ve always been a person who observes people: how they act, how they speak, their body language, their mannerisms, and what gets revealed externally, versus is going on internally. I'm a deep and patient listener who sees and likes to identify various ‘dots’ and then suggest connections that can present an image, a result, a potential, a truth.
I believe that each person has a divine light inside them, and it is each person’s challenge to identify how to bring out the best in them and how they not only uncover their uniqueness, but find ways to tap into that with the precious time they are given. I love when a client experiences an ‘aha’ moment in a coaching meeting, pauses and deeply thinks after saying, ‘that’s a really good question’.
Seeing a person transform and discover more about who they are and what they are capable of doing is truly fulfilling and joyful.
