Hello and thank you for the opportunity to virtually introduce myself. My name is Bonnie Bradford. I spent the first 20+ years of my career in corporate marketing and market research. In this environment, it was essential to be prepared, provide methodical responses, observe non-verbal communication, and adjust the conversation accordingly.
My focus shifted from the corporate world to health and wellness 12+ years ago. I hold numerous certifications as a Chopra Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach, Functional Nutritionist, Sleep Coach, Stress Management Coach, Recovery Coach, Change Psychology Coach, and an E-RYT Yoga Instructor. With this new skill set, I can truly serve and support others by sharing my knowledge and working with individuals to transform their lives.
We are all unique individuals. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to health and well-being. My success has been through active listening to better understand the needs and goals of the client and meet them where they are on any given day. I utilize different methods, techniques, and exercises based on client needs and goals.
My desire is to serve others who may not be able to achieve their goals on their own. I’m an empathetic coach, focusing on the whole person—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and more—while also equipping clients with skills to take action, be responsible, and own their progress.
My approach to health and well-being is a long-term approach: not a fad diet, not a quick fix, but working with each client to implement small lifestyle changes that will have a positive effect in the long term.
