This is a new chapter in your journey toward health, strength, and balance. I’m Devin O’Toole, a Health and Wellness Coach dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through a unique blend of professional expertise, personal experience, and a deep passion for holistic healing.
My path into health and wellness didn’t begin in a classroom—it started in my own life. After surviving two strokes in my lumbar spine and continued healing of a genetic disorder and auto immune condition, I experienced firsthand the resilience of the human body and mind when given the right tools and support. These challenges taught me not only how to recover, but how to truly thrive. They also instilled in me an unwavering belief that healing is most powerful when it addresses the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
Motivated by this belief, I pursued formal studies in Integrated Healthcare and Pre-Medicine, gaining a strong scientific foundation in human biology, nutrition, and preventive care. Alongside this traditional training, I have devoted years to exploring alternative forms of medicine—from mindfulness and meditation practices, to herbal and nutritional therapies, to physical modalities that support injury recovery and emotional well-being. This dual approach allows me to create personalized strategies that draw from both evidence-based medicine and time-tested holistic practices.
In my coaching, I emphasize empowerment above all else. I believe that your health journey should be something you actively own and shape. My role is to walk beside you—providing guidance, knowledge, and encouragement—while helping you develop the confidence and skills to take full ownership of your wellness goals. Rather than telling you what to do, I focus on helping you understand your body, your choices, and the steps that will move you toward lasting health.
