I am a seasoned executive and Army veteran with more than two decades of experience leading complex, multi‑site operations across the concrete building materials, paper & packaging, and manufacturing sectors. I have a hands‑on leadership style and ability to turn strategy into action. I have built a reputation for transforming underperforming operations into high‑performing, accountable, and engaged organizations. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and dog, going to live events, and traveling.

Great leadership is built on three pillars:

1. Clarity: People perform at their best when expectations, priorities, and standards are unmistakably clear. Great leaders simplify complexity, communicate with purpose, and create alignment from the frontline to the boardroom.
2. Accountability: I facilitate leaders to build systems and habits that make accountability a natural part of the culture, not through pressure or fear, but through ownership, consistency, and follow‑through. Leaders learn to model the behaviors they expect from others.
3. Connection: We are in the relationship business. Great leaders build real relationships with their teams, listening actively, giving honest feedback, and creating an environment where people feel valued and supported. When leaders connect authentically, teams commit fully.
