In client facing roles I have worked with household name brands, public sector organisations and Fortune 500 companies as clients. I have demonstrated expertise in leading high performing global teams, complex projects, driving customer-centric innovations and forging strategic partnerships internationally from the US and UK.

I believe that people unlock their potential when they apply themselves authentically with their own natural talents. My philosophy is based on drawing out those talents and helping people to realize that they have them and apply them. Many skills are hard to recognize in oneself, and not everyone has the natural ability to sell themselves.

I also believe that some of the best decisions that you can make as a leader, happen when you remove yourself from the equation and think through problems truly objectively.
