Colleen Farrell-Felici, Ed.D, PCC, SHRM-CP ColFar@comcast.net Coaching Philosophy As a first-generation college graduate and leadership coach, I believe transformation begins with self-awareness and the courage to grow. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the conviction that every leader has the capacity to strengthen their impact when given the tools, reflection space, and support to align their values with their actions. I partner with leaders and teams in moments of transition and transformation, helping them clarify vision, improve communication, and foster resilience. My approach blends empathy with evidence-based practices leveraging tools such as The Leadership Challenge, MBTI, FIRO-B, EQ-i and Positive Intelligence to unlock strengths, uncover blind spots, and build sustainable habits that drive both personal fulfillment and organizational success. I view coaching as a collaborative journey: leaders set the direction, and I provide the structure, insight, and accountability to help them achieve meaningful results. Whether supporting executives navigating organizational complexity or emerging leaders building confidence, my goal is always the same to cultivate capacity, confidence, and connection in service of lasting impact. Beyond individual growth, I am committed to shaping environments where people and organizations can thrive. This includes integrating human-centered strategies with organizational objectives to ensure alignment, inclusivity, and long-term sustainability. My philosophy reflects both professional expertise and personal values: that leadership is not about position, but about purpose, presence, and the positive difference one makes in the lives of others.
