Preparing something amazing for you!
I coach values-driven leaders working in complex, fast-paced environments who sometimes struggle to get the best out of their teams. In my experience, these challenges are rarely a sign of lack of effort. More often, they reflect a readiness to work at a deeper level.
My name is Emily Braucher, MA, MA. I work with emerging and established leaders who understand that inclusive, healthy cultures are built one relationship at a time and want support in getting there.
My approach is grounded in long-standing work with culture and communication and informed by experience across more than 30 countries. Across contexts, I have seen that leadership is both an inner journey and a collective practice. As your coach, I meet you at the doorway between reflection and action, creating space to pause, make meaning, and move forward with greater clarity and courage.
My coaching is trauma-informed and evidence based, drawing on extensive training and consulting experience, two master’s degrees in culture and communication, and hands-on global work. In addition to my coaching and training practice, I am the co-host of the podcast Humanize: Stories from the Heart about Social Justice, where we have honest, heartfelt conversations about race in US. With more than 20 years of experience partnering with corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations around the world, I support leaders in closing the gap between where they are now and the leader they know they can be. I especially enjoy working with leaders who are curious, driven, and grounded in their values. They understand that real influence grows from trust, not position. They are willing to slow down, name hard truths, and look honestly at their own impact. They are not interested in performative culture work or quick fixes. They want to do the work upfront that allows people to thrive and do their best work together.
Ultimately, I coach with the conviction that inclusive leadership is not about perfection but about building the habits that enable teams to collaborate effectively and unleash their collective intelligence. Through confidential, one-on-one coaching, leaders are able to slow down and reconnect with what matters most to them and their teams. From that place, clarity, confidence, and courage follow.
