Preparing something amazing for you!
I am Kimberley Young, PCC. I help individuals and leaders cut through the noise, clear the muck, and reconnect with the layers of who they are, how they want to show up in life, and how they lead. With almost 20 years of federal leadership experience and nearly a decade coaching executives, teams, and organizations, I bring a steady, human-centered, trauma-informed approach that blends strategy, emotional intelligence, and clarity. My work spans leadership coaching, team development, mentor coaching, and end-of-life planning, meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with intention, courage, and purpose.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that growth happens when we’re willing to explore the layers beneath the surface. Like a pond, every person carries depth, history, and a bit of muck—experiences, stories, and patterns that shape how they show up in their lives and relationships. I don’t rush clients past those layers; I help them slow down, get curious, and see what those layers are trying to teach. I coach with clarity, compassion, and accountability, supporting individuals and leaders as they strengthen boundaries, sharpen communication, and make choices aligned with what matters most. Whether we’re talking leadership, life transitions, or legacy, my aim is the same: help people live and lead with intention and leave a meaningful ripple behind.
