Dr. Eli Shur is an executive, leadership, and health & wellness coach with a Ph.D. in Psychology and over 30 years of experience developing human potential. With more than 3,000 hours of coaching executives, leaders, and professionals worldwide, he brings a rare combination of academic expertise, corporate leadership experience, and whole-person coaching insight. Eli is triple-credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Board-Certified Coach (BCC), and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). He is also certified in a range of powerful assessment tools, including DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, EQ-i 360, Hogan360, and 12 Driving Forces, enabling him to provide deep insights into leadership, motivation, and emotional intelligence. Over the years, Eli has coached clients across industries such as healthcare, education, law, IT, financial services, sales, engineering, pharmaceuticals, retail, and even the U.S. Air Force. His clients often report life-changing outcomes: sharper clarity, increased resilience, better relationships, and a renewed sense of balance and purpose. In addition to coaching, Eli teaches health and wellness coaching at Nova Southeastern University and serves as a qualitative methodologist and doctoral committee member at Grand Canyon University. He has published peer-reviewed research on resilience and health coaching and currently serves on the NBHWC Research Commission, contributing to advancing the field of coaching through evidence-based practice. Eli is also a past president of the ICF Columbus Chapter, a mentor coach, and a national presenter on resilience, burnout, digital well-being, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. Beyond coaching and academia, Eli is a 5th-degree black belt in To-Shin Do, a modern martial art rooted in the Japanese Ninja tradition, reflecting his lifelong commitment to discipline, growth, and resilience.
