Preparing something amazing for you!
Since 2006, I've coached teams and leaders across more than a dozen industries, both internationally and throughout North America, helping hundreds of leaders achieve stronger results.
My background includes 6 years of service in the U.S. Navy, followed by a 20-year career in food and beverage manufacturing with Quaker Oats, General Mills, and Coca-Cola, where I led both union and non-union high-performing teams.
Today, my professional goal is to help leaders in any industry grow more effective through coaching, so they can develop with confidence rather than relying solely on trial and error.
Coaching is a partnership between equals, centered on helping the client achieve meaningful results. It is a confidential relationship, based on trust and respect. Choosing to be coached means committing to making a change in your life.
Through open dialogue, exploring the obstacles you face, and identifying new behavioral options, you'll create a shift in how you act and think - one designed to bring about the change you seek.
