Hello, I’m your personal and professional coach, Ely Caputo. For over 18 years, I have worked with leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals at both the personal and organizational levels, supporting them in developing their ability to connect, lead, and communicate with clarity and integrity. I partner with individuals who want to strengthen their leadership presence, elevate their relationships, and create meaningful impact in their professional and personal lives.

My work centers on helping people build powerful, lasting relationships—because I believe relationships are the foundation of fulfillment, effectiveness, and extraordinary results. I’ve had the privilege of coaching and training individuals and teams within organizations such as Health Genesis, Schindler, Lexicon, Leadership Broward, Chen Moore, Women Elevated, and Women in Architecture, among many others. Across industries and cultures, I consistently see that when leaders grow in awareness and relational intelligence, performance and well-being naturally follow.

I coach in both English and Spanish and have supported thousands of individuals across the United States, Latin America, and Europe. What continues to inspire me is witnessing people reconnect with their capacity to lead from authenticity, dignity, and purpose—creating success that is not only measurable, but deeply meaningful and sustainable.

My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that true leadership, fulfillment, and success are created in relationship—first with ourselves, and then with others. Coaching, as I practice it, is not about providing advice or quick fixes, but about creating a powerful and safe space for honest self-examination, courageous conversations, and real personal responsibility. It is for people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and engage in the inner and practical work required for real change.

I integrate professional coaching with transformational training methodologies that go beyond learning concepts or acquiring tools. My approach combines leadership skills development, experiential learning, Radical Honesty®, breathwork, existential distinctions, and success mindsets to facilitate experiences that allow people to access both their emotional and psychological depth. Through this process, participants uncover the roots of their limiting narratives, self-sabotaging patterns, and unexamined beliefs—while also reconnecting with their authentic power, identity, and capacity to lead.

The outcomes I seek are profound ownership and conscious life creation. I support individuals in developing resilient emotional intelligence, cultivating dignity-based relationships, and building genuine, partnership-oriented connections in both their professional and personal lives. I have seen, time and again, that when people become aware of their creative power—and understand that this power unfolds through relationship—they generate remarkable results not only for themselves, but for their teams, organizations, families, and even the broader society.
