I coach senior leader, CFOs, VPs, and rising executives, who are navigating complex challenges, high visibility, or transition. After 30+ years in HR, sales, and leadership development, I founded Peak Learning Group to help leaders grow with purpose. I’m driven by a belief that clarity, resilience, and authentic presence are not only learnable, but they’re also transformational. I bring real-world experience and deep listening to create powerful coaching partnerships.
My coaching is practical, reflective, and grounded in real leadership experience. I help leaders slow down enough to notice what’s really driving their decisions, reactions, and patterns — especially under pressure.
In our work together, I ask thoughtful questions, offer honest reflections, and help clients reframe unhelpful thinking so they can respond more intentionally. We often work on things like executive presence, giving and receiving feedback, resilience, and navigating high-stakes decisions. I also draw on strengths-based tools and positive psychology when they’re useful, but I’m always guided by what the client needs in the moment.
Whether I’m working with a CFO or an elite ski coach, I meet clients where they are. My goal is to help them build awareness, confidence, and clarity so change feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with who they are, not who they think they’re supposed to be.
