I am a leadership and executive coach that focuses on redefining one's value when they may feel undervalued, underappreciated and/or overqualified in their current position. I have experience focusing technical and engineering professionals but have provided services to a variety of backgrounds. I have corporate experience along with my current background in higher education. I love being able to help people redefine their value so they can be unstoppable.

My coaching philosophy centers around knowing one self and the perceptions that others interpret of you. I have utilized 360 evaluations to baseline that perspective but also incorporate value and strength finder assessments as well. I believe it is important to help create an environment where one can explore situations building a roadmap towards their goals.
